For a successful start to the day

Follow the scent of freshly roasted coffee and crisp bread. It will lead you straight to our restaurant, where a sizeable selection of delicacies awaits you: cheese from the surrounding Alps, honey from nearby beekeepers and eggs from the Pfyl family in Schwyz are the perfect way to start the day. Our bread and pastries made from organic Swiss grains provide energy for all your planned activities.

Extensive lunch menu

You had an active morning, explored your surroundings or indulged in wellness activities. This makes it all the more important to have a snack that will give you the energy you need for the afternoon. Choose from our daily menu or opt for a speciality from our à la carte menu. For a light snack between meals, we offer you our afternoon menu.

Our kitchen team will spoil you with a perfectly thought-out 4-course dinner. Whether meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan: The beautifully arranged dishes are a wonderful conclusion to a perfect day with us.

À la carte

Stoos veal, Schwyz buffalo mozzarella and Brüggli trout: regionality and sustainability are also important elements of our cuisine. Our menu features traditional or modern interpretations of dishes that are made using local produce and can be labelled «ächt Schwyz».

When our chef de bar lights the fire in the fireplace bar, it’s time to cosy. A pleasure when he recommends the right drink for you from the wide selection of exquisite spirits. Enjoy a whisky, gin, cocktail or a glass of wine in front of the flickering fire. The perfect way to round off an eventful or relaxing day.

Smoker’s lounge

Smoke a cigar and drink the right rum to go with it while a winter storm rages outside or there is a rare day of bad weather. This, too, is wellness. Our humidor houses a fine selection from the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Nicaragua and Cuba. Our chef de bar will be happy to advise you and present to you our wide range of cigars.
