Warmth for health and mind

From the slopes to the sauna, from a hike to the steam room. The pleasant warmth relaxes your muscles, strengthens your immune system and stimulates your circulation. After cooling off, you can enjoy a cup of tea and the view of the mountains snuggled up in your fluffy bathrobe. Is there a better way to unwind? The sauna area is a no-clothing zone and is open to visitors aged 16 and over.

Enjoy our soothing mountain spring waters and recharge your batteries. Swim long lengths in the indoor pool and refresh your body and soul after a sauna session in the cold-water plunge pool or the multi-sensory showers – this will get you back on your feet. The gentle massaging effect of the indoor and outdoor whirlpools, on the other hand, ensures relaxation and well-being. The best place to stop and take in the breathtaking mountain scenery a little longer and give your thoughts free rein.

haki® – clear head, clear path

Everyday life often deprives us of the relaxation we need. This is precisely when we need to treat our body and mind to plenty of balance, regeneration and peace. The multi-award-winning haki® method focuses on the shoulder, neck and head area, using a holistic and personalised approach. Pressing, stroking and oscillating movements as well as specially developed grips and techniques allow you to relax and harmonise your nervous and muscular system.

For your physical and mental fitness

Whenever possible, our fitness programme is based on exercise in the great outdoors. Alternatively, we offer a small but high-standard gym with state-of-the-art endurance equipment and a bodyweight exercise station. In summer, you can enjoy exciting matches on our in-house tennis court. As a hotel guest, you can also use the sauna and fitness area in the new Stoos Lodge free of charge.
