Mindfulness yoga

In practising mindfulness, we link dynamic movements and static poses to our breath and immerse ourselves in flowing tranquillity. Breathing exercises centre us, helping to clear the mind to allow for meditation.

From 2023, the following seasonal prices will apply to the “Mindfulness yoga” offer:

Low season (April and May):
CHF 575.00 per person

Mid season (March, July, August):
CHF 595.00 per person

High Season (September–December):
CHF 615.00 per person

About Carolina Baumann-Tapprich

Since her childhood she has loved dance and movement, which she finds in yoga: like music, the breath guides the body, the mind becomes calm and an inner movement towards oneness takes place – yoga is born.

Through her training with Peter Oswald at the Astanga Yoga Academy in Basel (2000-2004), she became familiar with the most diverse aspects of yoga, and through various further training courses, she acquired further building blocks of yoga. Since 2001 she has been teaching yoga in group and private classes and since 2005 she has been an expert for the yoga teacher diploma exams. For several years she has accompanied people with yoga therapy and since summer 2016 she is a federally certified yoga therapist.

The yoga classes are for people who want to get to know the world of yoga and/or expand their experience. In small groups of max. 12 people, we practice yoga together and yet individually.
