Carolina has been teaching yoga since 2001 and combines breath, movement and inner peace. Her sessions are personalised and promote balance and oneness.
Mindful Yoga
In mindfulness, we connect dynamic movement and static postures with the breath – and enter a state of flowing calm. Breathing techniques help centre the body, clear the mind, and create space for meditation.
